Izzat-Begum B. Rajan
Izzat-Begum combines almost 25 years of experience in tax-efficient legal structuring and large tax dispute management. She offers a unique blend of skills to handle legal, tax, and financial matters as she built her career in multinationals and consulting firms and developed a strong knowledge of impact projects and social enterprises. Since 2005, Izzat-Begum has continuously held various C-suite and Board roles both for large multinationals and start-ups. Today, she is an advisor (providing Legal and Tax oversight) sitting on boards of a wide range of companies operating in the technological space.
Naijing Guo
Naijing was born in the tropical island of Hainan, China, and has spent her formative years living in the UK, US, and China. She holds an MSc in Education (Learning Sciences, Edu Psychology) from the University of Oxford. Naijing has been involved in founding and scaling up multiple start-ups and non-profits in the Education field for the past 8 years. Her research and interests focus on creating evidence-based Education programs in low-resource settings.
Fasika Belay
Fasika is a senior lecturer and researcher who taught at the university level for nearly a decade, mainly Kotebe University of Education. She is currently a PhD candidate in Geographic and Environmental studies at Addis Ababa University. Her research is situated in the areas of sustainable development and poverty reduction. Her passion outside of academia is volunteerism and is a Young African Leaders Initiative fellow. She is especially passionate about empowering and mentoring students in higher education institutions.
